BASE

Our mat-based, foundational strength training class. A base that builds muscle through focused form, progressive weight and dynamic movement.

All about the basics, done right.

This class layers in intervals to build endurance and push your Zone 3

BURN

SPIN I

A 45-minute rhythm-based ride that builds strength and stamina to the beat.


You’ll ride to high-energy tracks with heavy resistance, intentional movement and full-body focus.

Light hand weights are used for upper-body work.


It’s your ride with guidance every pedal stroke.

SPIN X

A full 60 minutes of rhythm-based riding that pushes past your limits.


Expect heavy resistance, longer climbs, and extended endurance work - all driven by the music.

Light hand weights are used for upper-body training mid-ride.

SCULPT I

A musically driven class inspired by pilates and barre.


Low-impact, high-burn movement that targets small muscle groups with precision.

We incorporate free weights and ankle weights to dial up the intensity without ever overloading the joints.

SCULPT 2

Still Sculpt - just turned up. Say hello to cardio.


This musically driven class blends pilates and barre foundations with cardio bursts for a low- to medium-impact with a burn that sticks. Free weights and ankle weights add the extra edge.

  • wear athletic clothes you can move and sweat in. just keep it respectful. no hot shorts or bikinis.

    gym shoes or grippy socks work well for Strength. socks only for Sculpt, no bare feet.

    if you opt for shoes in Strength, for sanitary reasons, we encourage you to have a gym only pair.

    spin shoes are available for a rental fee or bring your own if you’d prefer - SPD clips only

    bring a reusable water bottle.

    we’ve got water fill stations, bathrooms, changing rooms, bike shoe rental and retail if you forget anything.

  • we’ve got space in the general lot, but the quickest in and out is usually street parking - and it’s free.

    • no phones in class. period.

    • smart watches set to DND.

    • no gum or open coffee.

    • no side conversations. save it for before or after.

    • no cameras or self-filming.

    • only energy we allow is positive and ready to work.

  • if this is your first class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to get acquainted with our studio and the equipment.

  • clients must cancel 12 hours prior to class. if you cancel outside of that window, there is a $15 late cancellation charge. if you no-show without cancellation, there is a $20 no-show fee.

  • start anywhere. every class at Ray’s is beginner-friendly, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace. on the bike, you control your resistance. in Strength and Sculpt, bodyweight is always an option. no pressure, no ego.

    we coach effort, not comparison. every BODY is welcome here.
